Hello! My name is Amy Satsky, I am a junior and a member of The Brahma Lariat. I am also involved in the yearbook as an editor and am a manager for our softball team. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as doing arts and crafts, cooking, and bingeing book series. I love being involved in school, staying busy and stressed. I plan to be really active in my senior year.
Being a part of The Lariat makes me feel like I am representing the school. As a part of the first staff for The Lariat, I am hoping to get the program flowing as best I can, with great advice from our EIC, Adalyn Pohl. She has been incredibly helpful in getting the ball rolling on our newspaper. Her guidance has helped me be able to write articles better than I thought I could. Writing takes a lot of practice but the more I write the better I have become.
I am looking forward to seeing my writing come to print soon and what that will be like. I am really excited for this year's staff and what we will become and create as a new class.

Hello! My name is Jonah Ford. I am a sophomore this year at HHS. I love to talk, I am a very outgoing and talkative person. I joined the Brahma Lariat because I love to write. When I graduate I want to go to TSTC for an instrumentation degree. I have been in Hallettsville since the age of two, and I plan to stay here my whole life. My main goal in life is to see the world. I love listening to music, my favorite artists are Blink-182, AC/DC, but I will listen to anything country or rock. I have a chihuahua named Peanut. I can't wait to see how this year goes, GO BRAHMAS!
