Adalyn Pohl, Editor-In-Chief
Hi! My name is Adalyn Pohl, and I am the editor-in-chief of the new, student-run newspaper the Brahma Lariat. I am so excited to be a part of getting this publication off the ground, as I am very passionate about writing and believe that the greatest asset to our democracy is educating the public via honest and fair journalism.
I have competed in both Regional and National journalism competitions and received an Honorable Mention last year in News Writing at the JEA National Scholastic Press Association last year in Boston, Mass.
Outside of journalism, I participate in basketball. I love to read and write. After high school, I plan to go to university to major in Psychology and pursue a career in neuropsychology or psychotherapy.
I am so excited to see what this year brings and appreciate any and all support from our community.
