On Thursday, Feb. 26, the Brahma Soccer teams will be facing Palacios again. The teams are ready to give it their all, and both are looking for wins this Friday. They have been practicing multiple times a week and are working to enhance their skills as a team. Luke Freytag, a member of the Brahma boys soccer team, shares his thoughts on their season so far.
“I think it’s the best season we’ve had so far. There are a few improvements we could make, communication being one of them. But overall, it’s going good this year,” said Freytag.
HB/LB teams have made significant improvements from the start of the season. Analise Goode shares her thoughts on how things are going for the girls’ team.
“We started off a bit rocky; we needed to get our momentum. Once we got going, we really got going,” said Goode.
Many members of the Brahma Soccer teams are thrilled with their progress this year. The game against Palacios has both teams feeling optimistic. They trust in their abilities as a team and intend to score a win. Mallory Maes states how she feels about their development this year.
“I think this soccer year is going really well and we have had a pretty good season so far. I feel like my team and I are very prepared for the game against Palacios,” said Maes.
The members of the girls’ soccer team have no doubts about their chances in their upcoming game.
“Yes, I feel like we are very prepared and I feel like we should go in and win. Yes, I’m prepared to win, I’m ready to fight,” said Goode.
The boys are feeling just as confident and are hoping for a win.
“Yes, we’ve beat them before and we’ve seen them play. I think we are well prepared for the game,” said Freytag.
The Brahma Soccer teams are ready to show their Brahma pride during their game against Palacios. They have high expectations for the game and plan to win. Go Brahmas!
