The Lady Brahmas opened their district play on Friday against the Tidehaven Tigerettes. A loud student section and fan body set the tone for the four-set game where the Lady Brahmas fought hard to the end, coming up short after winning the first set and losing the final three.
Between the Varsity and JV games, the Lady Brahmas took the time to commemorate the teachers and faculty of Hallettsville ISD who have made a difference in their academic and athletic careers. Coach Olbert spoke, highlighting the positive influence that both teachers and coaches have on their students’ lives.
